SHIPPING POLICY

Worldwide Shipping: We offer global delivery for our custom products, with a few exceptions for certain military regions and restricted countries due to shipping policies. If your address falls into one of these special areas, we will work to find a solution for you.

Free Shipping: We provide free delivery for all custom products. You only need to pay for the product itself; there are no additional shipping charges.

Logistics Partners: Our team selects the most reliable and efficient logistics companies based on your delivery location. Here are some examples:

  • US Orders: Shipped via USUP or FEDEX.
  • UK Orders: Sent through ROYAL MAIL.
  • Other International Orders: Delivered by DHL or FEDEX.

Order Tracking: You'll receive an email notification once we create a shipping label. To track your order, simply click the "Track Order" tab on our website's menu and enter the tracking code provided in the email. If you haven't received any emails, please be patient as your custom order is still processing.

  • UK: 6 – 12 Days
  • Germany: 6 – 12 Days

  • All orders come with tracking.

Changing Your Address: If you need to update your courier address, contact our customer service promptly via email at regina@artcustommovement.com or through the website's chat window. We can make changes until the package is packed for shipment. Once the shipping label is created, we cannot guarantee further modifications.

Lost Packages & Shipping Insurance: For issues related to packages marked as "delivered" but not received, or for damaged shipments, we can investigate and offer assistance no earlier than 5 days after the delivery date and no later than 15 days. We may request photos as evidence for shipping problems.

Return and Refund Policy

Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the quality of our products and stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. If you encounter any defects or errors on our part, we are happy to replace the item at no extra cost.

Custom-Made Products: Since our products are meticulously crafted to order, we generally cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for user errors such as selecting incorrect sizes, designs, or colors.

Image Discrepancy: Please note that variations in lighting during photography and differences in monitor displays may lead to slight variations in color between the advertised images and the actual item. We appreciate your understanding and allow for up to a 10% difference between the images and the received product.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for products shipped by us that are faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).
  • To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase and contact our support team via regina@artcustommovement.com. Please be aware that the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds:

  • Our refund policy extends for a 7-day period from the date of item delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt.
  • Subsequently, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
  • If you have not received your refund, kindly check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you have taken these steps and have not received your refund, please reach out to us at regina@artcustommovement.com.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges:

We exclusively offer exchanges for defective or damaged items resulting from our production and shipping processes. If you require an exchange for the same product, kindly reach out to us at regina@artcustommovement.com. Our dedicated customer service team will assess your claim, and upon approval, we will furnish you with a return address.

Required Evidence for Replacement:

To expedite the return and replacement procedure, it is essential to provide all relevant evidence for shipping or product errors. Please ensure you include the following photographs:

For incorrect product shipped:

  • Picture of the received incorrect product
  • Picture of the shipping label

For size issues:

  • Picture of the shipping label
  • Photo featuring a ruler, measuring the product's size
  • The tag size on the outsole

For damaged items:

  • Picture of the damaged item
  • Picture of the shipping label

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel or modify your purchase, please email us at regina@artcustommovement.com, specifying your order number and the desired changes. Modifications or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order, as our orders undergo prompt processing beyond that timeframe.

Please be aware that a management and transaction fee equivalent to 5% of your total order value will be applied for cancellations. Full refunds are solely applicable for order replacements. Once new orders are initiated, our system will automatically cancel the previous orders and provide a 100% refund.

Packages are sent anonymously and do not include any buyer information on or inside of the box. The recipient will not know who sent the package unless you (the sender) specifically put your name on the personalized note when ordering. Art Custom Movement does reserve the exclusive right to reveal the sender’s information if the recipient reaches out to our support team in regards to who sent the package. Please do not use Art Custom Movement with malicious intent.

We understand that you may be eager to receive your customized art piece. The processing time for our artists is typically 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once the artwork is completed, it undergoes a thorough quality check. After that, it will be shipped by our trusted carriers, and the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks. While we strive to ensure a prompt delivery, please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as location and shipping conditions. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are dedicated to providing you with a high-quality and meticulously crafted art piece that will be worth the wait.
