Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing Time: 3 – 6 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Standard Shipping: 12- 25 days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Express Shipping (Available only for selected items): 3-7 days

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@artcustommovement.com or contact us page.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.

If by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.

We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders’ progress through the mail system.

We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries’ laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries’ customs.

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Any fees associated with customs regulations are the customers responsibility, an invoice will be sent in cases of un-paid Custom Clearance fees. 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours, however please allow 3-5 business days  before the fund reflects on your bank account.

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED

    Price adjustment
    • Items purchased from Temu are eligible for our price adjustment policy. Temu will provide the price difference if the list price of the item purchased was reduced within 30 days of the purchase. The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a price adjustment before you receive your item(s).     • Items that are on clearance, promotions or no longer available, etc. may not eligible for price adjustment.
